Nudge started from a simple observation: service businesses in India — coaching centres, clinics, salons, restaurants — are drowning in WhatsApp enquiries. The same questions, every day, all day. And every unanswered message is a lost lead.
The problem we saw
A coaching centre owner we knew was spending 3 hours every day just answering "what are the fees?", "what are the timings?", and "is there a demo class?" — on WhatsApp. He had 40 students and 200 unanswered messages. The leads were there. The time wasn't.
What we built
Nudge is an AI assistant that runs on your WhatsApp Business number. You train it once on your business — services, pricing, tone, policies — and it handles enquiries, books appointments, follows up on cold leads, and escalates only when it truly needs a human.
Who it's for
We built Nudge for local service businesses: coaching centres, clinics, salons, gyms, restaurants, turf bookings, real estate agents, and consultants. Businesses where WhatsApp is the primary customer channel and every conversation is a potential sale.
Where we are
