Yes — you need a Meta WhatsApp Business API number. We walk you through the 10-minute setup. Your existing personal number stays separate.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
We'll send a reminder before it ends. If you choose not to upgrade, conversations will pause. Your data and settings are kept for 60 days.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly from your account settings. You're billed from the next cycle.
Is there a conversation cap on Starter?
300 AI conversations per month on Starter. Growth gives 2,000. Scale is unlimited. A "conversation" is one full customer thread, not individual messages.
Can the AI handle Hindi or regional languages?
Yes. The underlying LLM handles Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, and more natively. No extra setup needed.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
You control the knowledge base. The better your training data, the sharper the AI. You can also set escalation rules so complex queries always reach you.
